In-Store and online returns:
Eligibility: Regular-priced items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date for in-store and online purchases. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments. In-store returns must be made within 7 days of original purchase, in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. The item(s) must have original price tags. If all conditions are met, a store credit will be issued. If conditions are not met, store credit and return will be denied.
-Original Documentation: Please include the original invoice with your return.
-Online Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be postmarked and shipped with in the 7 day return policy. Once Received at Palette House, eligible items will be processed for store credit.
-Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days
-Store Credit: Store Credits issued online cannot be used in store. Store Credits issued for online purchases can be used toward online purchases only.
-Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not included in refunds or store credit.
-Damaged or Missing Parcels: Palette House is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or damaged packages shipped by the customer.
- All Sale Merchandise is FINAL and not eligible for returns or store credit. All jewelry is FINAL Sale. No returns or store credit on gift card purchases.
